Andrea Sham

Andrea Sham is an unconventional Parisian ‘Pâtissiere’, who bakes cakes which are an enchanting mix of fairytale and fine art, in a very special space within ‘Le Potager du Dauphin’, a 17th Century royal vegetable gardens and former home of King Louis XIV. Her organic, thoughtful culinary creations are served in the best restaurants in Paris and she is regularly called upon to create sweet treats for the biggest luxury brands and special events.
