Making jewellery from found antique buttons and trims
Summer holidays and two mad kids to look after has eaten into my entire August....I downed tools and just decided to go with the flow. So here are the fruits of those precious two weeks in July when I had my pop up shop in Lacoste. I am so happy with the pieces and realised that I had never posted any follow up photographs. Some of the pieces are finally up online and for sale ... after I lived with them a bit longer and got over my desire to keep them all. So you can check them out on the shop and I'll be adding a few pieces over the next few weeks.
I've used a lot of antique enamel buttons, antique belt buckles and vintage beads and pearls....and of course precious gold bullion tassles recovered from a box from St. Etienne.
